Re: Is ACV bad for cancer patients?

Is apple cider vinegar bad for cancer patients because it contains yeast? Or does it contain other things that negate the effect of yeast so that the benefits outweigh the shortcomings?

Yeasts are not necessarily bad.  Many yeasts are great sources of B vitamins for example.

Other than the high purine content, which can raise uric acid there is no real adverse effects I can think of.  And even with that uric acid is one of the body's primary antioxidants.  It is only in excess that it becomes a problem.
