Re: energy healing techniques and supplements
CM, I think what you're doing is great! honestly, Wilson's protocol scared me. I have PTSD that has manifested mostly in anxiety, and major anergic depression. I was 9 when the traumatic event happened so these symptoms have been with me most of my life. I've spent a huge portion of it sleeping my life away as well to avoid the pain. I didn't really learn how to take care of myself properly due to being overly medicated and because of my maladaptive coping skills. I didn't think I'd be able to hack Wilson's program. I was already so overwhelmed. I pretty much just stuck to the Paleo esque diet and adrenal supplements I was already on and just focused on the emotional stuff. EFT mostly. I'll hafta look into Zpoint now since you mention it and since you feel so strongly about PSTEC, I'm gonna give it another go even though I did try again over the weekend and didn't notice much. I just got done with the 1st level of a tapping course that is supposed to open the way for other modalities to being more effective, and I did notice that after I went back to my regular unguided tapping (just me working on myself) that I had somewhat of a breakthrough on a physical problem that I'd been working on before, but that just wasn't really budging.
I'm digging the sites so far, tho I don't think the links you provided are working. I just typed them in by hand. no biggie. I really like your PSTEC emotional eraser video. if you can get those effects from PSTEC then I owe it to myself to try again. I have the EEF's I think they're called, and PSTEC positive as well as the basic click tracks.
not only do I get yawns, I burp sometimes too from energy techniques. even during and after EMDR therapy.
I'm glad my post has been helpful to you. as you well know stress plays a huge role in our physical ailments, so if you already have tools like PSTEC, EFT etc at your disposal, then you're already more than halfway there.
I didn't get into the Quantum Touch, but the Quantum K stuff you mentioned is absolutely fascinating! it totally resonates with me, but the disclaimer did kind of scare me. would you elaborate more on your experience with it?
BTW you responding to my post of over a year ago seems timely. I don't even visit CZ anymore, but something I was searching for online the other day brought me here and there was a mention of new mail. I'm glad I received it.
