That's true about Bentonite making you constipated if you don't you drink LOTS of water. You just have to resign yourself to drinking lots of water when you take it. Maybe take a higher does but just on the weekends if you're worried about bloating.
I'm usually very regular (at least once a day) but haven't been careful enough to drink plenty of water and didn't go for the first 2 days on the bentonite. Being so regular I didn't think it would matter - but the extra water is a must.
Still, the stuff REALLY works for chelation and is supposed to work well for candida.
Definitely try the footbath, along with sweating via sauna, exercise, etc. Of course the clay also makes a great detox footbath.
