Amazing. This is totally why we need Iodine daily - just too many toxic halogens for our bodies to deal with - our endocrine system doesn't stand a chance.

Did you get marine Lugols? It is available here but they said it was 29.99 for a half ounce bottle or something like that. I pay about $40 for 100ml (about 3 oz).

Hey a good rule of thumb is color. Original Lugols looks like coffee and has a very strong taste. It will stain everything including counter tops and your skin.

Be sure of how many mg Iodine is in the product you bought. The label could say anything - 5%, 4% - you need the actual MSDS - material safety data sheet - on what you have to know for sure how many mg you're taking.

I think it's more like 6.25mg a drop. The MSDS would give you these ratios per ml so you can figure out how many mg per drop. Tweet
