Re: Glutamine and candida

It's always nice to remind people to ease into their treatment and be aware of reactions

I have a high intolerance to Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) as shown on my Alcat test last week but have already been off of it for 2 years due to reactions so I was not surprised when I read over the results.

This post made wonder about the l-glutamine I've been on for over a month without any migraines like I used to get from MSG. I think this is proof for me, for now, that I don't react the same to l-glutamine as I do to msg. This could be because I'm only doing 500mg every few days which might not be enough to cause a reaction but seems likely that it would. Perhaps if a migraine pops up out of nowhere in the next little while I may start to believe in this theory that Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is the same as l-glutamine. I'll keep ya guys posted on my experiment.

For now, i'll just continue to believe that l-glutamine is in fact just an amino acid which we already produce but could use more of in times of healing.
