Glutamine and candida

This website claims that glutamine feeds candida. I dont know where their source comes from.

One study with glutamine+candida

So I guess the reason why some candida programs recommend glutamine towards the end of the program is that it is possible for candida to ferment and utilzize the l-glutamine before it gets a chance to work and heal the intestines. So it might depend on the level of candida and whether it is effecient at utilizing the glutamine before it gets a chance to start to work on the intestines. That is something that each individual will have to determine depending on how they react to the glutamine.
