I've had and still have some of the same symptoms as you

try mixing 2 teaspoons castor oil in warm milk, in the morning before eating anything...

it's very effective at cleaning out your intestines

you can also do

1/4 cup castor oil mixed with 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice and mixed well
