the gall bladder can cause many different types of referred pain all over the trunk area. there are probably people better qualified than me to answer that question. as long as you aren't in a lot of pain i would say just to ride it out. gall bladder attacks are excruciating so there really is no mistaking those types of pains.
i would say it it is likely that you shifted things in your gall bladder, perhaps even passed a small stone and now you are dealing with more stones. try to include stone dissolving foods in your diet regularly like radishes, lemons, cold pressed flax, and some herbs like gold coin grass, and proper amounts of fluids to keep bile thinned out.
