what you are experiencing is not strange at all.
it is a given that anyone with chronic health problems has a plugged liver, be those problems adrenals, cancer, blood pressure, or just about anything.
dandelion and artichoke are strong cholagogues ... they increase bile flow, and milk thistle is a stong hepatoprotective herb.
you obviously have instigated bile flow, since some of your symptoms went away after taking the herbs the first time.
here is the tricky part, bile flow and liver decongesting is a very dynamic process and you are going to have to deal with past congestion every time you stimulate this system with herbs/food. if you are lucky, then just continuing the herbs will eventually resolve your situation. the pain you are describing uner the right ribcage or in the duodenum area is classic gallstone pain. this happens when people start to fire up the gall system after a long time of congestion.
there is no easy answer for you, but it may help for you to know what is going on. i suggest you read as much as you can in the
Liver Flush Forum as you will likely find many many people there who have similar experiences.
if you are unlucky, snd i think this is likely in your case, then you may have to do something more aggressive than take cholagogues. perhaps lecithin might work, perhaps a drastic change in diet to help dissolve stones, perhaps gold coin grass or chanca piedra, fresh beet juice, coffee eneamas, or you may have no other choice than to do flushes, which are not without risk, but have an enormous upside. if/when you do clean out your liver and gall bladder, you will likely experience a quantum leap in your health or all of your problems will vanish.
sometimes the flushes are the only thing that works for people but they are the most aggressive procedure.
doing all of this with severe adrenal problems is a challenge to say the least.
