how do we know it's a parasite in the stool?

right I've been on a parasite cleanse then I stopped it but this morning, after doing a Coffee-Enema yesterday, I seem to have passed parasites but how do I know it is a parasite?

So it was long strings (about one mm large and a few cm long) of yellow colour I'd say, a bit elastic.. how do I know it's not mucus or sthg else? can this be parasite?
