Often you won't know. Some things are obvious. For ex. "white rice" in the stools when you've had no rice (and real rice would not stay white or hold its shape) for ages, rolled up tomato skin looking things when you've had no tomatoes, or they just look exactly like pictures in places like Curezone Gallery of Parasites. Die off is another tip off that you are killing them. A huge one.

Just keep killing them until all die off is gone both with herbal paracides & zappers and even any obvious ones are no longer seen, then keep on with maintenance.
