Re: Affects on the nervous system.?
I've read in numerous places and heard from numerous people that symptoms tend to get worse before they get better. For years you've probably just had candida issues..i wouldn't call it die-off unless you were seeing it in your stool. L-glutamine is going to repair the damaged tissue in your gut forcing the yeast to lose grip. Along with the probiotics this is a great combo at crowding out the yeast and forcing it out. It's a war, you aren't going to win it without a struggle.
To get better, you have to eliminate toxins from your body and yes, that's exactly what is giving you the symptoms. I can't say 100% for sure but I'm almost positive this is what's happening because you did mention your gut feels better. Mine too...and I've been having weird symptoms that were worrying me as well. It all started when my bladder was full one day I got real dizzy. It only happened one day and since then I've had mild urinary issues and weird joint pain...jolts of pain behind my eyes, etc. Nothing too debilitating, but in my opinion, they are a sign of healing.
Hang in there and keep an eye on the stool.
And I've already recommended to you to cut down on the l-glutamine. hope you took my advice. Drink sufficient water all throughout the day especially in the morning to reduce symptoms.
