Thanks all for your responses.

I just had to go to the bathroom, and i exploded pure liquid. ( sorry to be graphic ). From what i read Diareha is a sign your body getting rid of bad stuff, or killing something.
The only thing i am taking is L-glutamine. I still am not positive if this acts like a antifungal, and what i am feeling is die off.
