good thinking IMO

edit: oops, np responded before i finished mine
-------

The way i look at it, it may not be the best thing for those w/severe colon dysbiosis issues to be flushing out some of the already little amounts of good bacteria that are trying to re-colonize. (wow! what a 'coincedence'..colon-ize:)

especially if one is doing this every few days, or every day. And extra especially id one doesnt have an appendix i would think. Thats why i dont do them. It almost seems to me like candida has much better intestional grip then the good buggers, and if so then in theory any kind of flushing could be just what candida loves. I really like the sound of a Coffee-Enema script, or even one that could just be a compliment to a real CE, thereby making it more efficient somehow.
