I realize that some are better off then others...but some still get whipped for driving. Some are forced to literally wear tents. Some are stoned to death for being raped. In the face of things like that, the fact that a few get away with wearing high heels is irrelevant. And in most of those Islamic countries where women do get to do those things, those "liberties", including such things as getting an education, or being able to work for a living, etc. are in constant danger of being taken away.

No one has said that US women have it perfect, but whether we earn 30% less or not, at least we are "allowed" to have a job and we are "allowed" to drive a car to work.
