parasite question on testing,trtmnt

here is the problem. I have a parasite infection and no conventional doctor will take me seriously . I had been taking the wormwook clove etc treatment for last few months, and they started coming out of me.I had them biting my feet at night, and terrible itching, i had some come out through the eyes,which I had did a rinse,and which I have blurry vision now, and i put one on a slide, under a microscope, it is in fact a long black worm, but not sure which.
My question is how do I test this thing, where can I go or send it, so to know what to do, I went to local ER and they would not even look at it or believe me. help please.
