I've been on this thing for almost three weeks. I lost 4 pounds in the first week, but ever since I yo-yo up and down a pound and it's so frustrating. I could be eating all the foods I LOVE and stay this weight! I think it may be at least partially due to low thyroid, which I have. I'm hoping as I stick to the process I'll get past this plateau and lose more.
You said you started to work out more. Well, I hope I can work out "at all" sometime soon. I used to be an avid cyclist until a year ago. Now I can't even go for a mild walk a few times without it worsening my symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, black out sensation when I stand. (I also have adrenal fatigue and low hormones.)
Anyway, I love hearing success stories. Keeps me motivated. :)
