While I agree that we are not exactly sure what those photos are showing, I think to assume that they are undigested banana and/or mango, and also your comment of "delusion" at the end of your post is not helpful.

Those cotton balls with legs have confused me from the beginning. One herbalist on this site proudly labels them "flukes", some say they are Tapeworm nests, others say they are nests or eggs of some parasite. Recently I read on another Lyme site that they are Lymes worms.

The problem of course is that there are no scientists or medical researchers who have anything definite to compare our samples to.

One thing we know for sure, there have been many people reporting the same, exact, identical, cotton balls with legs. I have seen some pictures of these things that clearly show identical segments on those "legs". I doubt they are banana or mango pieces, but agree that we don't know what they are.
