You seem enthusiastic about your diet approach and I like that. I can feel that if I eat meat, I don't feel well. Fish and chicken are okay, but I don't like beef. Oh, and bacon makes me feel heavy and sluggish.
I am going to try your vegan approach for a few days. I am not sure I can do it for two weeks...I get cravings all the time. Terrible.
Can you post your daily menu in your first two weeks? Thanks.
