I should have done what you chose, nasty aftereffects or not. I ate my oil with a buttload of sourdough bread which I am paying for with interest.
princeofsin - I drink kombucha tea every morning with lemon; as for the cultured stuff, if you're offering to buy me a bottle per day at $3.50, I will gladly oblige you by drinking it. I have been tempted to buy the mother mushroom... ferment my own spirulina tea!
i'm going to freeze my kefir grains, nobody in the house is drinking it, I have 3 quarts of kefir sitting in my fridge. sigh. I'm afraid of dairy and the protein in it...
