Lugols % is easy in UK; assetchemist have 500 ml, cost nothing.
Hyperdrug has a 100 ml made for pigeons, cheap but not sure if it is the 2 or 5 %
Healthleads has a 100 ml, more expensive but is 5 %

The 2 % does not work so well with painting; messy and it doesnt stick to the skin as the 5 %

Suggestions from a forum member is to fill a roll on with Lugols (ie the small glass ones made for essential oils) to use for painting.

Suppository; fill a small, empty gelatine capsule; insert; the gelatine will melt in a moist enviroment, Lugols gets to where you want it. Do this before bedtime and it will have all night to be absorbed. Tweet
