help with fibroids

Hello

i am new here..i have been dx with fibroids about two years ago but tried almost everything (though not really serious) but not working..i also have breast pain with fibroadenomas in breast but the funny thing is i didnt have the fibroadenoma there before..it was when i started juice fasting and sudedenly dropped weight it came in my breast..just wnat to start with Iodine but pls i have questions?

what is the best form of Iodine to use?

i learnt the best way to quickly get Iodine to breasts and ovaries is through vaginal swabbing/ what form of iodine do i sue for this and how do i do it?

Can i start taking iodine immediately or i need to cleanse first?
