Painting the breasts with Iodine is a good ad to what trapper says. Ecpesially the nipples suck the Iodine right in.
I used to paint almost daily in the beginning; it took a year or so until I was cured from 20 years of FBD.
Paint different spots to avoid skin irritation;

swabbing the vagina; far to messy for me but otherwise a good idea. Tweet
