My 5 Year Anniversary
So here it is when it all started (excerpt from my diary):
"Saturday March 24, 2007 Started Iodine 1 dr. at night All I did today was flushing and reading the Iodine forum. At night I started taking 1 drop of iodine. I also painted 2 drops on my left arm; the stain disappeared in 3 hours."
My declared objective for starting iodine was that after 40 flushes I realized my body had a faulty liver metabolism and I was hoping to get my liver to correct it and stop producing new stones: all of the stored/existing stones, too many thousands to count, should have been out by now, but I was getting new stones every flush. I knew it was NOT a case of the "stones" being "created" during the flush with the aid of grapefruit juice as some claim, because I was gradually getting less stones while all input was EXACTLY the same [I've only done clear-cut Clark flushes].
Two times I had 2 consecutive stone-free flushes (20-something and 30-something) and I became very hopeful that I'll have a third one as well, which seems to be the holy grail of liver flushing and the sign of a clean liver. Sadly, both times I had countless stones again on the 3rd flush. My patience was running out and I hoped iodine would be the solution.
5 years later, here's how I fared:
2007 8 flushes
2008 9
2009 5
2010 3
2011 4
2012 2
There's a post somewhere in the Liver Flush Forum where I posted some pictures that demonstrate the gradual decrease of "stone production" aka improved liver function. I did not mention iodine though, because I wanted more proof. First flush of 2012 was Jan 7/8 (#68, 13 weeks after the previous one). It was crystal clear, not even the slightest spec of green to be seen. Needless to say, I was elated. Decided to flush again last night for no other reason than curiosity. This time I DID have some green specs and "chaff" but NOTHING larger than a millet seed.
Factoring in all the stress I had between 2008 and 2012 (some of you may remember that I've lost my uncle, 2 cousins, a very dear friend, and I fought with everything I had for 3 long years to save my son), the conclusion is quite obvious to me: iodine did exactly what I expected it to do - and much, much more. I'll get to the "much more" part later, it's important. I'd like to thank all of you who encouraged and supported me throughout this ordeal. My son is so well now that I've started to believe he has a future. He's wonderful, handsome, smart, wise, and he knows what you all mean to me, how much you cared for him, and how our prayers were answered. He's ALL PRESENT. I'm grateful beyond words.
[Would I be able to post this in the Liver Flush Forum or would I be breaking any rules?]
