Re: dis-ease belief and fasting: "weed and feed"
yes, weeding the mind. very important. It's a kind of conquest, isn't it--but where instead of being some sort of Terminator, with thoughts of 'attack' and 'defence', and "the war on X" or "Z", you are to be your own heroine or hero and establish yourself in the realm of peace, which is a location just waiting for your attunement to it. Peace is written on the very molecules of air! I don't mean this just poetically-speaking.
Actually, a wedding of the two inwardly, of hero and heroine is where it's all going! I'm preaching to the choir though--sorry. One thing i like very much about
Water Fasting is that it shows you where/how ideas of any kind of destruction are not where it's at. It works its natural magic. I like intermittently fasting as a general practise, roughly 19 hours every 24 brings a great infusion of energy, that's freed up.
So, as with the weeding, destroying anything is not the right approach--you don't lop off the leaves and leave the roots--but this is profound wisdom, not pesticide talk and refers to uprooting errors in the mind, or mind-in-error. The correct thing is to re-adjust the terrain; re-balance it such that it only magnetizes what is blooming with healthfulness, not blooming with death. Let the other stuff de-materialise (or autolyze),or slink off to where it's welcomed: you know what they say: don't blame the
parasites (for example), they were invited, to clean up the garbage. So, first things first, eh? Now, (or rather, then,) if we can only
*b o m b Monsanto-mindedness with pure love.
I really Do mean only energetically-speaking,if anyone misreads.
