I have the non Genetically-Modified-Organisms soy kind, says it contains choline, lipoic acid, and a couple other things I can't remember (sorry).
I have not added it into my regimen yet.
My question is that I'm finding that some say it is good to take, other sources say that it is bad, I guess due to it being omega-6 chain. Also posts that it had a sluggish thyroid effect.
If supplementing with this, would you not also want to be consuming enough omega-3 to keep the ratio of 3/6 at 2:1 or even 4:1 (ratio in grass fed beef)?
Also is this a PUFA or EFA? I take cod liver oil for A and omega 3, and I assume this is EFA?
