Re: Candida/Mercury/Lead Detox, coming up on the 1 year mark (update)
I, like Jerome, really benefited from things that support the brain's memory neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
Lecithin contains phospholipids, including phosphatidylcholine, that help the body to make acetylcholine. Also they provide building blocks that help to repair cell membranes. Cutler has more on this in his
Amalgam Illness book.
I also take Acetyl L Carnitine which supposedly also works with the phospholipids.
It is so nice to not be a brain fogged idiot any longer. I had been intelligent youth but in my late 20's so many aspects of life went downhill.
While it is very likely that 1.75 yrs of chelation is involved in my improvement, I starting taking supplements for support of acetylcholine before I got my last
Amalgam removed and started to chelate.
I'm not discouraging people from chelating when it is reasonable to do! Hg can be what is messing up brain cells as you can see it did to these brain cells.
