Diet on exfoliativecheilitishelp.com

Hi. Im suffering from ec about 10 years from now. No cream or ointment could help me at all.
Now I want to start the diet that is explained on exfoliativecheilitishelp.com.
Has anyone of you tips or expierience with that diet? I would love to hear about that!

I have a few questions about the diet:

I want know if its ok to use Spelt flour instead of normal flour or if flour shouldnt been taken at all? And if any Spelt products are ok?

If i can sweet things with honey or even Steviva?

If its important not to drink bottled water?

Which things i can put on my bread instead of eggs? Because its hard to find sth. thats only organic.

On which ingredients i should have an eye on? Because i really dont know what i have to look for when i check them.


I would be very thankful if anyone could try to answer these questions and if you share your thoughts and expierience with me.
