While I wouldn't recommend eating raw rice, if you believe it will be beneficial, you could perhaps grind the grains (unsoaked) into a powder, then add water to make a gloopy liquid. Then perhaps stir in some fresh ginger or ginger powder for warming flavour?
Note that I'm not recommending that you make a habit of eating raw rice, however if you believe it will be beneficial, it's perhaps an alternative method of preparation.
