Re: hyperparathyroidism, very ill

I've seen very little info over the years in regards to this except that it is possible to remove just those glands without messing with the thyroid. I would think from what you are describing that you are being flooded with thyroid hormone thus creating hyperthyroid..have they given you any meds to calm that down? I just don't have any input as for natural alternatives to approach this issue. Have you tried on another board, possibly the thyroid forum (if there is one)? Tweet
