Please. I am having a hard time understanding. I get that Vit D is bad.
What do you mean about magnesium? Is it ok to supp with Epsom salt and Mag Chloride... Did you mean take it only with Malic acid?
I have read where you say mag aspartate is the best mag. if you can't get that then it is better to be mag deficient?
