I'm going to try a raw fruit juice/smoothie diet for the next two weeks and I'll post up my results as well!
Strangest thing is, normally I can't eat a wide selection of fruits (too much gas :x) but after I blend it together into a smoothie, there is no discomfort in my stomach. I even have it for breakfast and I NEVER eat breakfast! I was having a strawberry and banana smoothie for 3 days straight because of my wisdom teeth removal and I felt great for those 3 days... now that I'm back to eating "REAL" food, I feel sluggish and heavy again.
I'll definitely try this diet RELIGIOUSLY for the next two weeks. Good luck to everyone else as well!
