Well to be honest my meals are very repetitive and bland. For breakfast I have a fresh fruit platter...Grapes, Bananas, Oranges, Pears, etc. Whatever fruits I feel like eating...For lunch I usually eat a salad with NO dressing. Just lots of lettuce, baby spinach, cucumbers, and red onions, and apples for sweetness...For dinner I love to eat veggie wraps (black beans, fresh corn salsa, tomato salsa with fresh limes, and cilantro), avocado..YUM! and LOTS of water! I snack on peanuts (not recommended) and raw whole almonds.
