Thanks so much Missy!! And Congratulations on achieving what seemed like the impossible!!!! I started my raw food diet today. I'm having for lunch carrots, mesculin lettuce, blackberry's, blueberry's and a dab of avocado. It actually taste really good with the avocado which is mashed up and I'm using as kind of a dressing.
I'm also having just a spoon full of cooked kale. Hope I won't ruin the diet with the cooked kale. I'm also hoping they didn't put any oil any the kale. They don't look like it.
I saw on one of the websites not to have any caffeine with a raw food diet. So I might have a cup of decaffeinated tea with lemon and that's it to wash this all down.
I'm still deciding whether I'm going to do the ciromi(sp?) laxative that also helped Missy.
