Re: Pulling out the big guns for my undiagnosed problem

I agree with the food combination issue you mention. Thats why my addbacks after the greens fasting are just starches. I would rather go the way of getting protein from the grains and greens, than having all digestion tied up by meat. Tried it for a long time and it was scary.. Vegan is my solution for the foreseeable future. I'm not too interested in the vegan lifestyle, but am interested in healthy asian diets that are high in vegetables, dairy free, and meat is used sparingly. It avoids all types of health problems...I think one is candida. This is the diet in poor european history too. The irish had to pretty much live on potatoes, but could work hard laborious jobs. This indian store owner told me my problem was meat, but I wouldn't believe it because Sugar appeared to be the only enemy. The vegans that I subscribe to are obsessed with fat reduction so they are against coconut oils. They are the "fruitarians". This problem is a fatass richman's disease. I was at a table with my friends, where years ago I would indulge in pizza, pasta, and breaded steak. They were all totally obese and I had this disaster of a digestive system. Something tells me the fatty high meat diet is a one way ticket to suffering.

My addition of carbs takes self control. I soak the next day's rice and my potatoes have no animal products and can't be fried so they are hard to crave. I'd like to have beans but I dropped those a couple months ago.

For me there's no habits or old cravings because I have wasted 2 years of my life on this problem and haven't been able to do anything. Living in Miami in your 20s is supposed to be fun. Going to the beach in Brazil should be too. But for me both sucked. I was reminded several weeks ago what it felt like to not be sick and to be able to focus on things not related to food and symptoms.
I'd eat out of a dumpster on a daily basis if it meant a cure of fatigue, severe irritability and low testosterone. Luckily it just looks like an elimination of fat and a focus on easy to digest simple foods to get rid of the nasty infection.

Also look into acid/alkaline balance and the right foods for that. Candida loves an acid environment, created by meats and nuts.
