tos violators, 22 year prison term for online obscenity harassment etc

if i remember correctly the first person who name calls another cz member is the loser in any debate. since ask trapper is not a debate forum i wondered what cz tos is regarding posters who name call other cz members, posters and forum owners, is?

name calling online is libel, if you libel someone and cause them actual damages you are liable and responsible for the damages you inflict in name calling, google: slander and libel, internet cases.

in st. petersberg florida usa last august 2011 an online poster who kept calling some girls obscene names etc etc online, he was convicted by the state 8/11 and put in prison for 22 years on 20 some counts of slander libel online stalking, online harassment, hacking and other charges.
