Thanks for the reply. But as I stated most Tens does not use sine waves but use asymmetric biphasic square waves. Secondly the waveform is not supposed to make a difference, it is a matter of right amount of current in the blood. I do not know what you mean by reverse polarization, an output of AC allows no transfection but on the other hand, no transfection occurs if you have a frequency of 10 or more.

However if I have to buy a special blood electrifier device, which would you recommend?
