Well I believe if dr. Beck or Hilda Clark wanted to build a stronger machine, they could and would have. They put years and thousend of dollars, and what they knew we still have to find out, so I believe not to re invent the wheel. All the cercuits of the zapper, blood purifier, and the magnetic pulsar is availeble and cheap. If you can't build it yourself get someone to do it.
