Thanks for your response! Let's see.. yes, she does have dandruff, cold hands, and stomach cramps occasionally. also she does get a little tired sometimes. Actually when she had the dairy thing, she was low on iron so they prescibed the iron pills. The iron pills started the constipation issues. Like I said she has been off dairy for over a year.
So let me see if I have this correct:
- try to do a fast with spinach and broccoli
- mainly vegetarian
- red skin potatoes and rice are ok
- no nuts
- no meat
- shrimp and cod is ok ??
- no fruit at the beginning
- no gluten
- keep giving the probiotics
Is that right? I will try to do the spinach and broccoli fast next weekend until then I will try the vegan part. She doesn't like spinach so that is going to be hard. She does like broccoli and asparagus. I have a older Tupperware steamer that I use to do the vegetables now so that will be the easy part.
What about the following items:
soy
carrots (someone here mentioned that they are bad)
corn
Gluten free bread
Popcorn (old fashioned air popper)
Salad dressing (red wine vinegeratte)
Any ideas for school lunches? This last week I was sending salad with some grilled chicken and salad dressing. She only likes salad if she can have salad dressing. So any ideas for lunches would be awesome!
The school lunches are the reason that I can't try the spinach and broccoli thing until next weekend.
