Re: Should I go on anti-depressant severely depressed
Snobetty, are the night time adrenaline surges related to blood
Sugar drops? Some key things I have learned with the hypoglycemia issue, with AF we lose electrolytes a lot more readily than others through water consumption . I drink alternating drinks of water and coconut water, 2 or 3
ounces at a time every half hour starting when I wake up. (5'4", 115lb) This way you stay hydrated without over whelming your system. I never drink big glasses of water and if you drink at night try to stop around 8 or 9 pm. Or drink milk at night if you can tolerate dairy.
Not every hypoglycemic does better Carb fee. I eat a bit of fruit and spelt bread, home made granola made with mineral rich maple syrup, things like that. I keep it very limited but I personally need a bit of sugar. I got much worse when I went Carb free as directed by my Dr at the time.
I have also learned that a good ratio of calcium and magnesium is important to the bodies ability to regulate blood sugar. I Personally am very deficient in many nutrients and even with the hypoglycemia that is a result of AF, working to correct those deficiencies in particular has done me a lot of good.
This is stuff I have learned through RBTI and Larry Wilsons hair test. Hope it helps some.
