The high meat diet did similar results for me. It made it so everything was a candida feeder. This is bad because it is expensive to eat meat all the time and can lead to gout. And there is not proper absorption. We all know that candida crowds out the beneficial bacteria, or is a result of not enough of it. I really think fast results for me happened because of the elimination of lots of animal protein and the avoidance of fat. The real problem is Disbiosis and I feel that avoiding carbs and Sugar is just a shallow way of maybe keeping the candida at bay on a daily basis...even though for me it seemed to root and flourish. Because I had all vegetables yesterday I could have a bunch of redskins. I know if I had a lot of meat, the potatoes would ferment and there'd be an outbreak.
