I cook most of my vegetables. Brussel sprouts. Broccoli soup with chicken stock. I cook down baby spinach. I think I owe the success to the elimination of animal protein. The body needs to go after the candida and meat totally distracts it...so the minimal Sugar thats in broccoli feeds candida. I find it safe to say this after 2 years and basically red meats, nuts, and apple sauce did the same thing. Gave candida exactly what it wanted. It pretty much takes near starvation to kick candida.
