Your questions are outside of my knowledge level so I cannot help here. May I ask why you're having the test done, why you're having it this week and can you just postpone the test until after you've completed the fast and have settled into normal eating (whatever normal means to you for your post-fast diet)?

The early part of the fasting process purifies the blood but eventually, the body will be catabolising fat reserves which will free up toxic substances that were intentionally stored in fat to protect the body from them. It will also be releasing the gunk that's built up in your blood vessels over the years. All of this will wind up in your bloodstream for filtering through liver, kidneys and lungs but while present in the blood, might give test results that a doctor might misinterpret.

It's something to consider especially if you're paying for the test. If your doctor diagnoses an illness, they will expect you to submit to their treatment protocol and will frown on you if you mention the "fasting" word.
