I'm no expert so make sure to wait for replies from other people as well, but I think your blood glucose will be quite low five days into a water fast. You should be into ketosis at that point, where your body is exhausted of glucose/glycogen and is starting to run on ketones. Glucose should come out low on your test but triglycerides might actually be high as there will be broken down fat in your blood stream being distributed for energy. I think I read cholesterol can actually go up during the early stages of a fast as well. So your doctor might end up reacting to your triglyceride and cholesterol number more than anything.
