Some things are obviously parasites. Like, rolled up tomato skin looking things when you have had no tomatoes are extremely likely to be liver flukes. Tapeworms sometimes come out looking like little triangular-headed looking snakes, or the "white rice" segments of them are obvious. (I'm wondering if that one on the left is a tape.) There are lots of pictures on the CZ parasites gallery that may be helpful.
However, everything that looks like a worm is not necessariily a worm. Sometimes there is just gunk on the colon. Mendomaid said that it if breaks apart easily it is mucous. some people call it "mucoid plaque". Die off, and more recognizable bugs, are your best signs of success.
