Came out after a coffee enema and I guess you can say a mini liver flush. I had 3 tablespoons of olive oil yesterday before bed because I was trying to reach my calorie count for the day. I also did a coffee enema yesterday while massaging over my liver. I'm treating Candida which I have a 3+ out of 4, 4 being worst, according to my Naturopath. He said I also have parasites 1 out of 4, but I wasn't really worried about that until now. I woke up feeling like I was about to have diarrhea, which I did have loose stool, and out came these laying upon it. I always see mucous when I go, but never anything like this.





Sorry they're not the best of quality, I had to take it with my webcam. They also look green in the picture, I don't know if this matters, but they're actually light brownish.

Please help me identify this.
