I am thinking I will do this 15 days thing with paragone and then maybe try Humaworm or DE. Can one do DE along with the Paragone or humaworm ?? Also, can you please explain this cayenne thing ? I am not sure if I will get cayenne in India, is there any place online I can order it ? Are you saying DE is better than cayenne ?
