Tea, powder or capsules?

MH, which BF&C method is most versatile for use - powder, tea or capsule...??
I guess it depends on how you plan on using it, but lets just say you want to keep it in the medicine chest for emergencies - internal or external. If we get powder what do we mix it with? And what is the ratio of liquid to BF&C?
