Thank you, I hope your heals quickly too! I too have a hard time walking some days. It's been very hard taking care of my 8 mth. old granddaughter, she wants me to hold her all the time, when I'm up walking around. I know this is adding to my back problems. The first time I went thru this I started Yoga as well, just at home & real simple at that. I also went to my trusty chiropractor, he helped me alot but this time around it hasn't helped much. He says it's structural, he is a natural healer as well. He doesn't tell folks that but I ran into someone that knew him & they told me. I was always curious as to why he held his hands a few inches off my body & mubbled to himself, "livers fine, stomachs fine, parasites" He then will tell me things like you have parasites or once he told my husband he had heavy metals in his blood stream & that was what was causing his leg cramps. He does some kind of laser therapy w/ these little tiny bottles he asked you to hold in certain areas. I have never asked him what it is he's doing exactly, it stopped my husbands cramps he had been having for over a year so whatever it is is works. If I ever find another job I will go back but being unemployed has put an end to that for now. I would like to know how the BFC works for you if you don't mind sharing that.

There is no better way of seeing the new year in as helping yourself, in mho.
