Personally I now disagree with the kill all bacteria and take a lot of commercial probiotics approach but it can produce quick results I know, because I did the same thing myself with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and it lasted about a year. Commercial probiotics represent just a few of the many strains of bacteria normally present in the bowels and it's not so easy to regain a normal flora but for sure they will help.

Maybe you are also aware of the benefits of meditation and relaxation techniques on boosting the bodies overall health and of course you will know the benefits of herbal medicine also. Naturopathy should include all these things if it is holistic.
